Refund policy
TStyleMerch LLC, values you as a customer and hope that you love your purchase(s), however we understand that sometimes things may not work out for many reasons. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for store credit/exchange of the same item or an item of equal value of the original purchased item (less shipping and handling). Returns for store credit may incur a 20% restocking fee. You must notify tstylemerch@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your order to begin the return process. Sizing charts are available on the website as a reference guide. Please feel free to reach out to us with any sizing questions if necessary.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted/discontinued/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in its original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, wash, smell/odor, marked, damaged, nor soiled in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet this criteria.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet this criteria.
- Home goods, home decor/accessories, and furniture, products approved for return must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise, returns will be refused.
As the customer (purchaser), you are responsible for paying for your own return shipment cost and arranging the return with your preferred carrier unless the issue or error was made on our part. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or it will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once your return tracking information shows "Delivered". Any potential shipping delays from carriers may also affect the return processing time.
To start a return, you can contact us at tstylemerch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor a store credit/exchange provided. Please note: Any merchandise returned without prior approval, will not be returned back to the purchaser.
Damages and issuesÂ
TStyleMerch LLC, extensively and diligently inspects all merchandise before shipping unless it is shipped directly from a supplier to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately with any issues including receipt of the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make the appropriate decision based on the outcome of our findings. You will need to notify us at tstylemerch@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt/inspection of your order. Please include any pictures/videos with your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, shape wear, lingerie, undergarments etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted/discontinued/final sale items or gift cards.
Non-returnable items also include:
- Lighting
- Gift cards
- Fine Art or Fine Art Prints
- Framed Wall Art
Exchanges/Store Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible. We will notify you once we’ve receive, inspect, and accept your return. If approved, you’ll be notified and your request for an exchange/store credit processed accordingly. Since product stock availability can vary regularly, we recommend making a separate purchase for your new item as soon as you have been notified of return approval to ensure availability.Â
Refunds
No Refunds. Only store credit/exchanges. Exception: Refund exceptions determined to be a direct fault of TStyleMerch LLC, will be permitted upon approval.
